Daily Strike Routine
Another week is coming to it’s end. Another week of strike on HP/EDS. Believe me, when I tell you, that striking is not so easy. I would rather work than strike. But “you can’t always get what you want”, like Mick Jagger was singing long time ago. The company is a bunch of managers who never worked a minute and never learned, that other people have needs and feelings and families and dreams. They just live in their fucking brains counting money. They get their orgasms while calculating the money they save, if they fire 25.000 human beings, or 30.000 beings. Like robots, like aliens they came onto this fine planet, learned how to poison human societies and then harvesting their bad seed.
It’s so big shit, so unmoral. I think I have to wash my brain later, because I had to imagine the worst human properties in these men.
I instinctly have to shiver. It’s so ugly. I pray, that this kind of men is killing each other. Or doing suicide.

I am so in my stomach, I feel things, rather than I think them. I get angry, (still) without pulling a peacemaker and shooting at those objects of hate. I wish that people would say about me, that I am not a fake, that my being is real, is authentic.

Alter Schwede,
Dein Englisch braucht aber mal dringend einen “refresher course”. Ansonsten bin ich komplett Deiner Meinung. Gruss von einem Ex-Deutschen Hp’ler in den Staaten. Wir werden hier so richtig abgezockt. Ich verliere fast jede Woche Kollegen. Mark Turd gehoert zum Teufel gejagt !
Viel Erfolg mit Eurem Streik ! Ich wuensche mir, dass wir hier in den USA sowas auf die Beine stellen koennten, aber hier hat jeder Schiss den Mund aufzumachen, weil er sonst den job verlieren koennte. Die Stimmung unter Kollegen ist aeusserst mies. Alle haben die Schnauze voll, aber es gibt im Moment keine alternative jobs….and somebody’s gotta pay the bills.

Ja, danke. Ich merk schon immer wieder, wenn ich an meine Englisch-Grenzen stoße. Ich denke, die message kommt an, trotz autodidaktischem Englisch.
Ich hab heute mit einem HP-Kollegen gesprochen, der Respekt für den Streik zeigt, aber nicht in die Gewerkschaft eintreten will. Jeder hat Dünkel, in die Gewerkschaft einzutreten. War ja für IT-ler bisher nicht üblich. Und andererseits, T-Systems entlässt auch 3000 Leute und die Gewerkschaft wickelt das lediglich sozialverträglich ab.
Soviel zu den Gewerkschaften.
Andererseits: Nur mit dem Betriebsrat könnten wir unserem Mark Hurd nichts als warme Worte geben. So wird es für ihn etwas teurer, uns loszuwerden, fürchte ich.
Für die Zukunft wird sich das hoffentlich ändern und Leute wie er überlegen es sich dann ob es nur durch asozialen Stellenabbau geht, Gewinne zu machen.
